Why is the pricing so low?
We're currently in Beta. Our goal is to build trust with community organizers and iron out any kinks. We're completely waiving our standard 3% platform fee during this phase, so you only pay standard Stripe card processing fees if you accept online payments.
When do we get paid?
Funds are processed instantly through Stripe Connect. Once a customer pays, your share is immediately routed to your Stripe balance and typically appears in your bank account within 2-5 business days.
Will the price change?
Yes. Once we exit Beta, our standard platform fee will be 3%. We believe this is still one of the most competitive rates for community fundraising tools. Stripe's card processing fees will still apply separately.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. There are no setup fees, no monthly subscriptions, and no charge for failed transactions. We only succeed when you successfully raise money.
What payment methods can I accept?
Through our Stripe integration, you can accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
